POOR INDOOR AIR QUALITY
IS A SERIOUS THREAT

We recently moved and realized that we needed our dryer vent cleaned. We called on a Wednesday and Tony was at our house Thursday morning. He was on time, professional, worked quickly, and answered my many questions with kindness and it was clear that he was experienced and knowledgeable. He found our issues and explained everything clearly. We spoke about him coming back to do our ducts and he gave me an estimate on the spot! After he left, our drying time was cut in half and we will be calling him back to do the entire house! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend ABC Cleaning. Each office staff member I have spoken to has been a delight. They are very organized and schedule out in advance, which I appreciate since I am a planner. Brady met us for our initial estimate and he was very knowledgeable. Joel and two others performed the cleaning; they were on time, they were friendly, and they left no trace of having been in the home except for the sparkling clean AC vents (which means I didn't have to use my time to clean up after them). I am keeping their card handy for future jobs!

We hit the jackpot with ABC. Their company has been caring for our chimney and vents since 2020 and we switched our AC service to them in 2021. They are honest and reliable and helped one of our units to stay running as long as possible until we needed to replace. They are also doing preventative care on our other unit right now too. The replacement unit they did have to do has made a huge difference on the humidity and coolness in our home. It's much more comfortable. I would highly recommend ABC as they are professional, kind and courteous all the time!

From start to finish, this company has been a bless to work with. They explained what was needed, gave the price up front, called with a reminder, call as asked when they were 15 minutes away, showed up during the allotted window of time, kept the area around the fireplace clean by putting down a drop cloth, and finished in within the time frame stated. I could not ask for more and as this was the first time the chimney was cleaned, EVER, I didn’t know what was involved. I was even encouraged to check with the new insert installation of a natural gas set of logs how often the chimney would need to be cleaned. Thanks for a great experience.

I called ABC for help with my broken AC installed by a different company. The technician arrived earlier than expected (which I am extremely happy about) on the same day I called which was FANTASTIC. He resolved the problem promptly and professionally. Paid exactly what I expected to pay, what I considered to be a reasonable service call rate, with no surprises. I will definitely call ABC again the next time I need help with an AC problem.

I called to set up an appointment for dryer vent cleaning. The girls on the phones were polite and very helpful. The guys called me to let me know that they would be here at 10 am and they were here at 10 am. They came in, cleaned out my dryer vent and the vent on the roof and were finished in 15 minutes. They were polite and friendly. I have done business with this company for about 5 years and have been happy with their service. I will call them again next year to clean out the dryer vents. The guys came out when they said they would. They were very nice. They explained everything that needed to be done and stuck to the quoted price. They gave me some great ideas for the future of my fireplace and explained how to open/ close the flute. Very easy transaction. Nice people.

Very pleased with ABC Cleaning. Their office was nice and fit me in less than 24 hours for an estimate with Kevin. Kevin was on-time, respectful and honest about our situation. Tony & Devon were great with the AC duct cleaning we needed done. It was a big job!
